Welcome to Dogeden Pet Resort! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
1.1 All pets must be registered with Dogeden Pet Resort.
1.2 Owners must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations and health records.
1.3 Dogs and other pets must be non-aggressive and pass an initial temperament assessment to ensure compatibility with other pets and staff at the resort.
2. Reservation and Payment
2.1 Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a deposit during peak times.
2.2 Full payment for services is required at check-out.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Pet Owner Responsibilities
3.1 Owners must provide accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, dietary needs, and special care requirements.
3.2 Owners are responsible for providing sufficient food and medications for their pet’s stay, if applicable.
3.3 Owners must ensure that their pet is flea-free and in good health upon arrival.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Dogeden Pet Resort takes every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets; however, we are not liable for injuries or illnesses that occur during the stay.
4.2 In case of medical emergencies, we will contact the owner, their emergency contact and their veterinarian. If immediate care is required, we reserve the right to seek veterinary services at the owner’s expense.
5. Behavioural Issues
5.1 Aggressive or disruptive pets may be removed from group activities or isolated for safety reasons.
5.2 If behavioral issues persist, we may require the owner or desinated contact to pick up their pet early, with no refund provided for unused services.
6. Liability
6.1 Dogeden Pet Resort is not liable for loss, damage, or destruction of personal items brought with the pet.
6.2 Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pet to the property, staff, or other animals.
7. Check-In and Check-Out Policies
7.1 Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to unless prior arrangements are made.
7.2 Late check-outs will incur additional fees.
8. Photography and Media Release
By using our services, you grant Dogeden Pet Resort permission to take photos or videos of your pet for promotional purposes unless otherwise notified in writing.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if policies are not followed or if we determine a pet is unfit for our environment.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dogeden Pet Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
